The LoJack® System Helps Morton Grove, Illinois Police Recover Stolen 2012 Honda Odyssey in 52 Minutes

This Illinois resident was glad he had the LoJack® system installed when purchasing his 2012 Honda Odyssey, because local police were able to track it down in less than an hour after activation.
On July 16th, 2013, the Odyssey’s owner discovered his minivan missing from his driveway and contacted Morton Grove, IL Police. Officers verified the theft and entered the Honda’s information into Leads/NCIC, the local and national crime computers. This procedure activated the LoJack unit concealed in the Odyssey, which was installed at Castle Honda in Morton Grove, IL.
A short time later, Morton Grove officers picked up the homing signal from the Honda on the LoJack tracking computers installed in their patrol vehicles. The undamaged Odyssey was quickly recovered and returned to its happy owner, who was grateful he purchased LoJack and was amazed at how quickly the police located his vehicle and returned it to him.
